When she saw a violation in the HOA record from the previous owner, she was persistent with the HOA to ensure we received in writing that the violation was cleared from the record. In short, the level of care and detail she put in was as high as if she was buying the home for herself.

Laura is quite simply the best. I was a first-time buyer, which in the highly competitive northern VA market, during COVID, could have been really daunting.
