Laura was great in her advice for prepping our condo for sale and in her patience in finding our townhome. In particular, it was a relief to have her help in capping our offers and deciding when homes were overpriced. Not easy to do in this market.

She had a plan for us from start to finish and we were confident in the advice she provided along the way - from listing price, staging, photos, all the way through final acceptance of an offer. We ended up getting an offer before "going live", and Laura helped us to navigate it - with submitting a counteroffer, and then secure a final offer that exceeded our expectations. Laura helped my parents by a home so that they could be closer to their grandchildren. I've bought and sold a number of properties over the years with a variety of different real estate agents. Some were really good and others were not. Laura is by far the best agent I've ever used by a very wide margin. Aside from being extremely sharp and knowledgeable about the home buying/selling process, she is an honest and hard worker who consistently goes the extra mile for clients. For example, she steered us to properties we never would never have otherwise considered (in addition to steering us away from properties that we now realize would have been a bad fit for us). She excellently represented and advocated for us during negotiations. When mechanical parts of a few windows were missing in the home we were purchasing, she personally contacted the manufacturer and had them send replacements to us. When she saw a violation in the HOA record from the previous owner, she was persistent with the HOA to ensure we received in writing that the violation was cleared from the record. In short, the level of care and detail she put in was as high as if she was buying the home for herself.
