We were referred to Laura Roman by family in the Arizona area, and from the very beginning, we knew we were in excellent hands. Moving from out of state, we had very little familiarity with the area, but Laura guided us every step of the way with confidence and care. From showing multiple homes to skillfully navigating a tricky and intricate change to our closing date (at our request), her expertise was beyond evident. What truly set her apart, though, was her calm, friendly demeanor and her willingness to go above and beyond to help us through the transition while we were still living out of state. Laura is also a Homes for Heroes agent, which meant so much to us as my husband is a veteran. Full transparency. I was trying to work with another realtor who after several attempts to let that realtor know I was ready to list my property, I did not get a response. I asked a coworker about a realtor we had talked about previously. The coworker contacted Laura and the same day Laura connected with me. Laura was very patient and explained everything. She made suggestions on some fix ups to the property which helped with the sale. Laura was always available for questions. Laura kept me informed every step of the way. Property was sold in about 30 days which was amazing. I was very pleased with the outcome and enjoyed working with Laura.
