Coming from another state, we were in a pinch to find a place quickly so we could move our two young children out to be with us. Laura understood this and was always one step ahead of us and while managing other clients, we never felt neglected or that we were missing out on touring a new home. Looking at new construction and different neighborhoods, Laura knew the answers to almost every question we threw at her and found answers quickly for anything she needed to confirm. When it came time to placing and negotiating our offer, she remained on top of it and continued to follow up after we closed and moved in. Laura and the Modern Roots team was absolutely incredible. We used them for both the sale of our former home and the purchase of our new home.
