But she goes to work for her clients, she was ready to see homes when we were and was patient all while being direct with her communication when things needed to get done. She is very knowledgeable about the Buda area which made the selection process easier. We would definitely recommend her!
Laura O'Brien is very good at selling houses, but she is not an aggressive, fast-talking wheeler-dealer AT ALL. She is an excellent listener, very knowledgeable about the market and the process, never put any pressure on us, was completely honest, and very generous as well. The stager and photographer she paid for out of her own pocket are both very good at their jobs, and the result was an attractive listing that generated lots of visits to the house. Laura followed up on every lead and every expression of interest, and did a thoroughly professional job, from start to finish. Selling a house we have lived in for decades is naturally stressful, but working with Laura took a lot of the stress out of it. We got her name from friends who had worked with Laura to sell their house, and they steered us rights!

Laura was great throughout the whole experience of buying my new home! It got extremely stressful when the interest rates shot up and I had to sell my place in a short amount of time and Laura gave me much needed advice on selling my place with care and understanding of my frustration with the situation.
