Laura helped us sell our Noe Valley home in November of 2019. After interviewing a few different realtors, we chose Laura because of her knowledge of the neighborhood. Specifically, as we were going through comps, it was clear that she knew all of the recently sold homes by direct experience: she had visited many of them and knew their history - which ones had material quirks that didn't show up in the photos, etc. I also appreciated her manner: steady, pragmatic, can-do, human. When an issue came up with the painter, Laura helped resolve it. On a personal level, I took the experience of watching her team as a lesson in how not to procrastinate - a helpful example of getting things done. Her stager was great: cost conscious choices and he had a really great eye. I wish I could hire him to decorate my new home! During escrow, an issue came up with a neighbor that was messing with the deal. Laura gave helpful advice during that time and the issue was resolved to all parties' satisfaction. Phew. In the end, the house sold with multiple offers when I needed it to be sold. It sold for about what she predicted the first day we met. Satisfied client, I would work with her and her team again.
