There were numerous problems with the sale due to tenant problems and covid19. Laura did everything she could to keep things running smoothly, making suggestions for improvements and handling a lot of work due to my no longer being in the Bay Area. All through the rough and difficult moments, she advised me well, listened to my concerns, and took on hiring workers to make improvements in my absents. She handled all types of concerns, from human to woodwork, and is a pro, no doubt. Although there were difficult times with the property and Covid 19, Laura hung in and worked through the problems, doing whatever it took to make the sale happen. She was there at every step of the process.

I don't often write reviews, but I had to take the time to write one for Laura because of how exceptional she was to work with when we were selling our home in San Francisco. We actually worked with Laura when we bought the home quite a few years ago and found her to be an insightful, helpful & honest agent on the buy side. So we were happy to work with her again when selling. But, working with Laura on the sell side seriously exceeded our expectations! We had been renting out our condo for the year prior to sell and so weren't even in San Francisco for a lot the heavy lifting involved in the sale. Laura arranged for everything, did an excellent job preparing our home for sale, and got us a great price, far above what we were even expecting. Laura is incredibly organized, detail oriented, and responsive which is basically precise what I'm looking for in an agent. She's also nice and pleasant person :) I honestly don't think I can think of a professional I've worked with who gave a higher quality of service. I can't recommend Laura enough!

Laura helped us buy our home in Noe Valley years back, and, yesterday, finished guiding us through selling the house as well. She's been phenomenal to work with both times. And her help was critical throughout the process. Laura enabled us to easily get terrific service providers for things like staging and cleaning. All of that was painless because she set it up. When it came time to price and list the home, due to Laura's insight we were able to drive a ton of interest and get a very competitive bidding process underway. And when we had a last minute minor home repair disaster the day we were going to list the house, Laura was a calming influence and an excellent guide. Laura came to my rescue, helping me sell a condo I inherited in the Mission and I don't know how I could have done it without her. There was significant deferred maintenance and the condo still had all of my relative's many belongings in it. I didn't have the funds to undertake the huge renovation needed in order to make it sellable so Laura connected me with a great short-term lender to temporarily loan me money for the rehab until the property was sold. She also hooked me up with an amazing estate sale resource who went through all the possessions in the condo to find and determine the value and then helped me sell them to earn money to clear it out. This was quite an undertaking as my relative who had owned the property had a significant amount of stuff in it - she was somewhat of a hoarder. Once the property was vacant, Laura took charge of the rehab which included deep cleaning, refinishing the ugly popcorn ceilings, painting, replacing all the lighting, replacing the kitchen and bathroom cabinets and sinks, refinishing all the floors and making a lot of needed repairs. She also arranged for the home staging and by the end of the renovation, the place looked amazing! All that was just to get it ready to sell. I was even further impressed by her smart pricing and marketing strategy which resulted in multiple offers within 2 weeks of offering the condo for sale. She walked me through every step and I always had full confidence that I was in the best hands. I just don't know how to express how much she did for me and how much I appreciate her guidance through it all.
