Laura really heard the things we wanted in a home - like "cozy" - and knew exactly how to translate that into a layout and amenities that fit our needs. We moved from out-of-state and completely trusted her to view a home for us, using just video. She was also instrumental in making sure our mortgage company completed their work in a timely manner and worked with us and the seller to adjust schedules as necessary. We even had a last minute issue when the house next door caught on fire a few days before we closed! She drove over to our new house to check on everything and coordinated a call with the seller, his insurance and us to make sure our home was ready to move in. I highly recommend Laura!

Laura Hooker Daniels in an absolute gem. I put my house in Denver on the market in March 2020 and needed to sell it fast because I had already bought a home in my new location. She walked me through every step from design and staging advice to finding the right professionals to make the improvements/repairs to pricing and negotiating.
