As the title says I am a first time homebuyer that had the pleasure of working with Laura. In the beginning buying a home seemed like a very daunting task. But from the first meeting to final closing Laura made the entire process streamlined and painless. She is very prompt (always getting back to be within 30 minutes of me texting or calling her) and her wealth of experience made me feel secure in this unfamiliar environment. If I could give her 1000 stars in this review I would without hesitation.
My experience with Laura was absolutely outstanding! Laura was the sole reason that I was able to land such a great deal in this crazy market. Her knowledge, work-ethic, and instincts are absolutely terrific; but her execution is the differentiating factor. Her closing "team" (lender, insurance, title co., etc.) runs the most efficient and effective operation that I have seen. This execution process/timeline is the reason that my offer was accepted, and why I'm a happy buyer! I also just referred a friend of mine to work with Laura.
