Laura Anderson was an absolute pleasure to work with from day 1 in the process of selling my home. She is extremely knowledgeable about the market, met and spoke with me on a regular basis and created a calendar to follow that helped me tremendously.Her instincts for how to present my home were spot on, arranging a great photographer, giving advice on preparing for the open house, and in the end had amazing negotiating skills!I highly recommend Laura as a great realtor and wonderful person!

We moved from New Orleans to Los Angeles in 2022. We are relatively experienced home buyers but we knew that the process was going to be different and much more challenging in L.A. Laura and her associate, Bellanita Guerra, expertly guided us to and from neighborhoods, agents, houses, prices, the loan process, everything! When we were ready to get serious about offers, Laura got us into the counteroffer stage on every house we were interested in and then helped us evaluate whether or not the counters were good for the house and good for us. The second house we put a serious counter on, Laura got us an accepted offer!!! Once we had the accepted offer, that was where Laura's work truly began as she navigated us through the loans, inspections, contingencies, and all the other challenges of buying a home in a sellers market.
