Lathan really kept us in the loop with regular phone calls through out the process

Lathan responded to any texts almost immediately. He was able to tailor our search when we were coming up short on homes we wanted to view. He listened to all our “must have” requirements and even our “wants” when it came to picking a home. Lathan walked us through the process and answered any questions we had. Lathan was even able to tell us some of his opinions based on current market values and interests.
