the experience working with LaShawn Deal was Terrible! When we first got started I noticed she would be slow to respond. Everything is a text or email as if she was too busy for a phone call. She did not seem to be really concerned with finding a suitable house only to make a profit on selling any old house. The biggest issue is that she lied to me at the closing table in order to charge me with $3500. Long story short is that i was told to have a certain amount at the closing table. So the day of closing they told me i had to pay an additional $3500 or i would loose my earnest money deposit and the house

My whole experience was easy because of Lashawn. I didn't even know that the home buying process would be this easy. Lashawn was detailed with everything she did and I am big on communication, Lashawn exceeded my expectations.
