Larry and Lisa sold our house last month. The house was sold within a couple of days after it is put on the market. The whole process was extremely smooth. The estimate was much higher than we expected and they were confident they can sell it and they did. 2. Exceptional turnaround time on everything: we reached out for an interview and they came the next day well prepared. They have already done the analysis over the night and provided us all the information we need for considering them. I am impressed that they listed out all the houses they sold and bought. 3. More important you get her "rolodex" of connections for any service you may need. The was instrumental as she connected me with a lender that knew about programs that other lenders did not. There was a lot of competition for my home, but with Lisa's guidance I was able to put together the winning offer.
