My wife and I really enjoyed working with Lisa and Larry. They worked with us to effectively market our home, answering all of our questions and concerns along the way. We had some issues that needed to be dealt with in the sale. Lisa and Larry were incredibly responsive as we navigated the process. We never waited long for a call back. Ultimately, we were able to hit our target price and have tapped team Minsky to help us find our new home in Florida. We strongly recommend Lisa and Larry for your real estate needs.

Lisa and Larry are very knowledgeable and so easy to reach whenever needed. They handled all the difficult parts of selling my home and made it much less stressful than it could’ve been. I’ve worked with them more than once and always appreciate all their help and expertise.

Constant communication via text, e mail or cell phone call; willing to go to the house to let repair people in; referred us to excellent resources for the repair. They dealt with a very difficult situation in a professional manner and solved many problems.

The transaction was so smooth from start to finish. From prepping the contract, running an open house, negotiating with a buyer, informing us of each step along the way, everything was very thorough and handled with high professionalism. We felt that we were in great hands with Larry and Lisa through the whole process. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for to buy or sell a house.

Whenever we had any questions, they were always there to help and answer our concerns. They were a pleasure to deal with.

We knew the Minskys were very successful at selling homes in our area and had heard glowing reports of their successes. They delivered for us just as they had for others. They understood our needs to moving needs and made sure we were all in agreement re the sale of our house. Lisa maintained almost daily communication with us and was able to connect us with a buyer within a little over a week. We enjoyed a warm, friendly relationship with the two of them.

Knowledge about our specific market was extraordinary. Always avasilalbe to answer questions and help us navigate the world of real estate. They made us feel safe!

Larry & Lisa were amazing. We didn’t have our own realtor, so we worked directly with the sellers’ realtors (Larry & Lisa) and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They were great from start to finish and took care of everything. They helped us buy our dream house in our dream neighborhood, guided us through every step, and made the process feel easy and stress-free. They were attentive, responsive, and ensured all of our inspection requests were completed by the sellers. We’re so grateful for their support and highly recommend Larry and Lisa to anyone looking for knowledgeable, dedicated realtors. They made buying our first house feel like A Dream Come True.

Lisa and Larry Minsky worked with us for over a year to find our new home. They concentrated on showing us homes that met all our needs and wants. Even when we narrowed down our location desires, they continued to search for the “right” place to buy. They never gave up on us. Their professionalism and knowledge of real estate put us at ease. Their understanding and compassion also helped when it was time to sell our home after 45 years. We would highly recommend Lisa and Larry Minsky.

Larry and Lisa have been our real estate agents for our past 2 homes. They found the most perfect condo as a starter home for us 4 years ago and they recently just helped us find a beautiful townhome. They always find the exact home you are looking for! They are absolutely wonderful to work with throughout the whole process. Their knowledge of the market and their professionalism is incredible. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and home for ourselves! We will certainly continue to use Larry and Lisa in the future when considering buying a single family home in years to come!

I couldn’t have asked for better agents than Larry and Lisa Minsky. They were responsive, supportive, and truly went above and beyond

I am a real estate agent myself but from Jersey. My wife and I were visiting open house after open house unsure of who to partner with for our purchase. We met Lisa at an open house and had a great connection from the start. That commitment to excellence proceeded through to the closing. We are very happy with our decision to work with Lisa and Larry. I look forward to working with them again in the future.
