We were working with the Minsky’s for quite a while searching for our dream home. When we finally found it, they helped us close the deal and we couldn’t be happier. Despite seeing so many houses, their commitment to us didn’t waiver and they were always so responsive to our questions. They’re such a professional and caring team!

The Minsky’s knowledge of the Real Estate market is unbelievable. They are 100% committed to selling or buying a home for you. They work tirelessly what seems like 24hrs a day seven days a week. You can always get in touch with them anytime. If you’re buying and or selling a home you must use the Minsky’s if you don’t you will be doing yourself a disservice. They are absolutely the best at what they do. And also they are very very nice people.

They are responsive, knowledgeable, honest and always professional. We will be selling a second house sometime in 2024. There isn’t any question the Minsky’s will be our realtor. Sharon and Ken Butchin

Larry and Lisa work very well as business partners. Each one brings expertise essential to a complicated transaction. There are many perspectives and expectations unique to real estate and they provide an experience that tries to satisfy all involved. Wishing them many years of continued success.

From start to finish, Larry and Lisa were constantly in touch and available. My schedule was challenging so they found ways to give me a sense of the market and heads up on properties as they came on to the market. Then once I had found my ideal place they helped me execute on the offer and close on it quickly and efficiently. However many questions I had (and there were a lot) they quick look and patiently answered them. The closing was a breeze, the whole process completed in only a few minutes on closing day. No stress no drama! I have no hesitation in recommending Larry and Lisa! It was a great experience.

Flawless process and attention to detail!

We were sold on selecting Lisa & Larry to help us from the beginning. They listened to our concerns & needs & patiently walked us through all the steps of a sale & purchase. We couldn’t have done either without them.

Lisa and Larry helped us find a great home in the neighborhood we wanted to live in, they were super helpful all along the way and it was a very easy purchase and process.

Larry and Lisa are the best realtors we have ever used having sold and purchased 10 homes in our lifetime. They follow through on every issue that comes up and most importantly get back to you quickly. We highly recommend them.

Larry and Lisa make the selling of your house really easy! They work hard to sell your home quickly.

For those people with little personal experience and/or lack the time and desire to deal with the task of real estate transactions, I highly recommend Larry & Lisa to handled my real estate transaction [sale] from beginning to end. As a team they flawlessly overcame any obstacles that they encountered. Most of all, besides their obvious knowledge and professionalism, was their ability to communicate, and follow through, with all the procedures necessary in a language that even I could understand and appreciate. Enough said. By now you should get my point.
