She answered questions before we asked, prepared us for things to look out for before going in a home, and helped us to find the things to get excited about. She pointed out potential home issues, and researched the incidental costs like HOA’s. She was organized, dedicated and able to quickly add homes as our requests changed. She always followed up and kept an open line of communication, no matter the hour. We have every intention of using her again, after our children go to college.

She listen to what we’re looking for and showed us exactly what we wanted in our price range. She was with us for two full days on the second day at the price point we were at she suggested to show a new development at the end even though we were ready to make an offer on house we knew she had an engagement that night but she insisted on showing us more and we did find the perfect house. She accompanied us to the closing where we had a problem with the builder and she again right with us at our side helping us solve the problem and in fact coming out better she didn’t have to be there doing all that she did.
