Larissa was the ultimate professional. We communicated everyday, I was kept apprised of all the showings (date and time) as well as the potential buyers view of the condo. Whenever I had a question she was available immediately to discuss. I can say with all certainty the process with Larissa was seamless on my end. We needed to relocate and sell very quickly as well as work through a relocation company. Larissa not only provided the best service we could ask for, but between her saavy marketing skills, drone pictures and virtual tour videos, we were able to establish great buzz before the property was officially listed. This meant for an incredibly fast offer and closing. During the entire process, she was in constant communication with us every day, multiple times a day, and sometimes odd times of the day. She never failed and was always available and incredibly helpful. We had to move out of state almost immediately upon listing, which meant she handled everything at the house for us from offer to close.
