Realtors are a dime a dozen and few separate themselves from the pack but when you find them they are gold. I work in the mortgage industry, dealing with realtors every day and can tell you most don't care about their clients like Larissa does, nor have the knowledge to solve problems as they arise. I hadn't met her before this transaction, but she went above and beyond to take videos of the condo, talked to me during her son's graduation regarding an inspection problem, helped with the tenants after closing etc... We were moving from Dallas to Palm Bay and found Larissa through a trusted Real Estate friend in Ft Lauderdale.
