A friend of ours recommended Lara to us when we learned we were moving to Florida. From our first meeting, we felt like we had been best friends with Lara for life. We arrived on a house hunting trip on Saturday and hit the ground running. We were only in town for two short days, but during that time she listened to what we were looking for, drove around to familiarize us with the area, and enabled us to look at multiple homes for sale. By the end of the weekend she had written up an offer and a backup offer on two different properties. Those weren't meant to be as the following week she found our dream home and within days we had a firm offer in to the owners which was accepted. As we were already back home getting ready for our move, she went to our ‘future’ home and drove around the neighborhood filming the area and then thoroughly filmed the inside and outside of the home.
