A friend of ours recommended Lara to us when we learned we were moving to Florida. From our first meeting, we felt like we had been best friends with Lara for life. We arrived on a house hunting trip on Saturday and hit the ground running. We were only in town for two short days, but during that time she listened to what we were looking for, drove around to familiarize us with the area, and enabled us to look at multiple homes for sale. By the end of the weekend she had written up an offer and a backup offer on two different properties. Those weren't meant to be as the following week she found our dream home and within days we had a firm offer in to the owners which was accepted. As we were already back home getting ready for our move, she went to our ‘future’ home and drove around the neighborhood filming the area and then thoroughly filmed the inside and outside of the home. She was so good that by the time we arrived for the closing we felt we had already been through the house multiple times on our first walk through. She also stopped by the house once a week after we closed on the home until we could complete our move to the state. I am not exaggerating when I say that if it wasn’t for her we wouldn’t have been able to purchase our beautiful home. We plan on recommending her to anyone we meet who may be searching for a home, she is simply phenomenal at her job, and honestly an awesome person too!!

I had the best experience working with Lara on my recent home purchase. I’m in sales so I know a pushy sales person when I see one and Lara was just the opposite. Kind, calm but always one step ahead, making sure I was well aware of everything going on and up to speed with any changes or bumps in the process.
