Lani did an excellent job in both property management and selling our home. She is knowledgeable and works hard to satisfy her clients. She will tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear, which is critical to make good financial decisions about selling your home.

Like I stated earlier, Ms. Lani has managed my property with no complaints by any of the tennants or by me. Ms. Lani has coached me through this whole process. The thing I like most about Ms Lani, is that she was in constant communication with me about any and everything to do with my home or the tennants that occupied the property. Ms. Lani was to referred to me by another of her previous tennants. (Jason and Tamera Huff) They told me that she gets the job done and she does play with the tennants failing their obligations. When I talked with Ms. Lani, it started off as business associates, but now I consider her as a close friend. When the home was about to sale, she explained to me the entire process so that I would not be worrying and trying to figure the next move. I am very happy with the sale of the home, but at the same time, I am saddened to lose a very compitent and trusting business associate.

Lani was my Property Manager and Realtor over a 14-year period. She is absolutely fantastic as a Property Manager, keeping a close eye on my property and helping resolve issues quickly to the satisfaction of both owner & tenant. Her advice on how to prepare the house for sale was invaluable. She coordinated all the resources to ensure it sold quickly and at a price above my expectations! She's a true professional - dedicated, knowledgeable, client focused. But beyond that, Lani is a great person - always positive, encouraging, helpful! I highly recommend Lani as a Realtor!
