I can't say enough great things about Lane! We were new to the area, and as we weren't sure which part of town to focus our search, we were all over the map, both figuratively and literally. This property was one of my favorites to transact on with Lane. We secured this property as an owner-occupied fourplex on a VA loan. The purchasing experience was a tough one, and Lane was relentless in negotiating on my behalf with the seller side of the deal. She put her heart into this deal and it showed. I lived in the property for two years and successfully sold it with Lane’s help in 2023 for a beautiful profit!
Lane helped me secure this fourplex in 2019 as part of a 1031 exchange transaction. I held it for 4 years, until I contracted Lane to help me sell it in 2023. Not only did she help me secure it, but she went above and beyond to find the best property manager to help manage it for me. During the sale in 2023, Lane was very resourceful in helping me find the right contractors to take care of maintenance items in support of the sale. This was a successful project overall, and very profitable in the end.
Lane helped me find and purchase this Harvard Ave. fourplex as part of a 1031 exchange in 2022. We then successfully sold this property in 2023.
