Lane was incredible as our realtor!! Very helpful in the process beforehand, answering our questions and giving us practical advice to make our house as showing-ready as possible leading up to going on the market. Lane is the kind of agent who has been in the business a long time and does not have any of the negative traits that sometimes you see in a real estate agent. She’s confident and not arrogant; friendly and genuine. She’s excellent answering questions and you never feel like you’re being hurried when you’re talking with her on the phone or in person She really puts in the work to make sure the client is having a great experience. I have personally seen her go back after a home is closed just to make it right for a buyer that was not her client. She was transparent with me on what my home will actually sell for and in how long while not over promising. She was accurate too! She really cares about the quality of the experience.
