Lane was incredible as our realtor!! Very helpful in the process beforehand, answering our questions and giving us practical advice to make our house as showing-ready as possible leading up to going on the market. She was also very helpful in pricing our home, telling us what would be realistic and help us be more likely to sell the home fast, as that was our priority. We listed and had a full price offer within two days, and the home sold within a month. She negotiated us through some inspection items that came up and saved us tons of money through that as well as just being a genuinely kind and caring person to talk through.
