Overall, very good experience.

My home was under offer in 5 days. Lane worked to ensure prospective buyer concerns were fully allayed - leading to the successful offer. Lane and Tracy are a great team - they are approachable and helped calm what is a very stressful experience. I would absolutely recommend, but also recommend gaining clarity on who does what on the team - this was confusing at times. I used Lane for the purchase of a home as well and that was an excellent experience. I would absolutely recommend without hesitation. Lane was on top of all inspections and advocated for the best outcome. He made sure I hit all deadlines and sent reminders on all things related to purchasing the home.
