Landin was really a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable and just a very good person. There were a few bumps in the road but Landin was very capable in navigating around them. My only disappointment came when I received the sellers settlement and discovered that I was charged a $500 Remax admin fee. I can understand why it was probably charged but disappointed that I was not made aware of that until just prior to closing and not at the time I listed my property. Other than that I was quite pleased and would recommend Landin to handle all of your real estate needs.
