Landon sold our house in two days. We had multiple offers over asking price. The key was preparation. Six months before we listed we met with Landon. He told us exactly what to upgrade (where to spend money) and where not to waste time or money. He also told use how to prepare the house to list and show. Landon did a great job getting us ready to sell our house. We followed to the letter every recommendation he had and got our full asking price and has an offer in a day and a half. It was a great experience, but of course stressful.
We were house hunting out of state. Landin was extremely helpful in the whole process. We appreciated the fact that he is knowledgeable of the Highlands Ranch area, which is where we knew we wanted to buy. When we wanted to see a home, he would walk us through the homes via FaceTime (because we were out of state) and answer any questions we had. He was extremely easy to communicate with- very prompt to answer our texts and emails. When we found the house we wanted to buy, he was a strong advocate for us- all throughout the offer, the inspection, and the closing.
