We appreciated the fact that he is knowledgeable of the Highlands Ranch area, which is where we knew we wanted to buy. When we wanted to see a home, he would walk us through the homes via FaceTime (because we were out of state) and answer any questions we had. He was extremely easy to communicate with- very prompt to answer our texts and emails. When we found the house we wanted to buy, he was a strong advocate for us- all throughout the offer, the inspection, and the closing. We highly recommend Landin and are grateful for his expertise in guiding us through this major decision in our lives! He is also very personable! We enjoyed working with him!

I used Landin for the purchase of my first home and now the sale. There was no big hiccups or issues during the process so that made it much less stressful. Even though my property is probably on the cheaper end of the Colorado scale, he STILL treated it as if we were selling a million dollar home. Gooooo Landin!!
