I am a first time home buyer! Going into this process, I was very nervous due to all of the horror stories I had heard from others. I met my realtor, LaKathryn, and she immediately treated me like family. I dont believe this woman ever slept because she always responded to me right away. Once, I contacted her while she was enjoying time with her family at Disney. Despite being out with her family, she took my phone call, answered my questions, and she did not rush through the conversation. On my move in day, I made Mrs. Llewellyn aware of an issue I had with the alarm company. LaKathryn was able to quickly resolve the issue. Months after moving into my home LaKathryn still checks on me. She is basically a big sister to me now. The character count alloted isn't enough to explain how much of a blessing you have been to my family.

I can say a lot about my agent. She had my back All the way. She answer all of My questions and if she doesn't know, she knows someone who do. My whole team was the bomb. Thank you, Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️.

Where do I begin, Chante was absolutely amazing. The process could not have been any easier or simpler. I felt like I did little to nothing, yet all my needs were met, on a timely matter at that. All questions were responded within minutes, emails as well. It was a blessing working with someone as wonderful as Chante. She was thorough, patient, understanding, respectful, and very helpful.
