I've been super lucky of working with LaDawn for my last 3 property purchases and I have nothing but great things to say. She knows the Denver market really well and her responsiveness is stellar. She's also very professional and doesn't try to push you to make a decision until you're absolutely convinced. If I could give her 6 stars I would.

LaDawn helped my spouse and I buy our first home. Even though we didn't have a high price point she was able to find us the perfect place within our price range! She has great knowledge of all the Colorado area, she is great at responding back immediately and counts with awesome negotiation skills. In addition, she was very patient with us since it took us around 3 months to find our place and always enthusiastic in our showings. She is very knowledgeable, efficient and trustworthy. She would not give up until we found what we were looking for. The market was very tough. We looked in Thornton, Westminster, Northglenn and Aurora. We bought the fifth house we looked at in Aurora. We made an offer, they countered and we accepted. We are extremely happy with the home and the price we paid.
LaDawn is truly a 5-star realtor. When we first met, she sat down with me, to get an understanding of, not just the home I was selling, but also my overall situation, as well as my needs/wants for selling my home, and for purchasing a new home. Additionally, before I signed a buyer/seller contract, she had already started the market research for selling my home, and within a few days she had contacted several developers to see if they had interest in the property. Once we went to market, she did a great job in negotiating a fair price. When it came to buying a new home, she only presented homes that matched my needs/wants (based on our initial conversation), and once we chose a home, she did a great job working with the sellers agent, to ensure I was paying a fair price. She was also quite diligent on ensuring that items needed to be reconciled were followed through to completion. I hope to be in my new home for quite a while, but if/when we get ready to move, LaDawn will be the realtor I go to!
LaDawn was an excellent guide through my whole home buying process! She answered all of my questions promptly - whether they be about paperwork, home fixes, etc. She understands how competitive the market for buyers is right now, and was always willing to run over to some new listings so I felt like I had explored all my options before choosing a house! In addition, she was an excellent resource during negotiations, helping me choose which fixes were worth asking for and which were better left unmentioned. To top it all off, LaDawn is pleasant to work with and a good driver (important when you're running all over town together!)!!
