For the closing, she was instrumental in the negotiations and coordinating with all of the parties. In addition, she always had excellent referrals.

Once we went to market, she did a great job in negotiating a fair price. When it came to buying a new home, she only presented homes that matched my needs/wants (based on our initial conversation), and once we chose a home, she did a great job working with the sellers agent, to ensure I was paying a fair price. She was also quite diligent on ensuring that items needed to be reconciled were followed through to completion. I hope to be in my new home for quite a while, but if/when we get ready to move, LaDawn will be the realtor I go to!
