I’ve worked with LaDawn before several years ago, to sell my house quickly to move across the state to care for my elderly dad. She was a life saver—got my house sold in one day, and made the process of packing up the house very smooth and easy. When I decided to move back to the front range, I didn’t hesitate to contact LaDawn! I wanted to sell dad’s/my house in Grand Junction and buy a house in Castle Rock area, though I couldn’t imagine I’d be able to do that. First time selling and buying a home as a single person and I was terrified. LaDawn reassured me that I WOULD be able to sell my GJ house and use those proceeds toward purchase of new home. She is knowledgeable in the front range housing market, and also GJ, but to make the process of selling more smooth she arranged to co-list my home with a good realtor in GJ. LaDawn found me my dream home in my dream neighborhood, AND negotiated skillfully to get my dream price. She is an absolute dream of a realtor. She’s knowledgeable, very responsive, very skilled in negotiations, and also really great at somehow making a terrifying process feel like a walk in the park. I’m here in my dream home that I never in a million years thought could be a reality. LaDawn made it happen. I would VERY highly recommend this excellent professional and wonderful human being!!!! I’d give way more than 5 stars if I could!

We have sold numerous homes over the years & this was by far our best experience. LaDawn really knows how to get things done. She thoroughly explained the process, was able to answer all of our questions, & worked with us to determine our home’s current market value. She consulted with a wonderful stager who provided valuable feedback in staging our home. She lined up a professional photographer to take pictures which were terrific. She followed up quickly with information regarding showings & provided the names of contractors for work to be done. We would highly recommend her for anyone seeking an experienced & knowledgeable agent to buy or sell their home!!

Our house needed help getting sell ready and LaDawn was great getting things fixed and ready for sale. We also sold before the other houses on the block, even though they listed before us.
