This is the second time I’ve been lucky enough to have LaDawn helping me house hunt! It’s amazing how knowledgeable she is and she listens extremely well. I cannot imagine how anybody goes through the house buying process without the kind of support and assistance she provided the whole time. She thoroughly explained the process, was able to answer all of our questions, & worked with us to determine our home’s current market value. She consulted with a wonderful stager who provided valuable feedback in staging our home. She lined up a professional photographer to take pictures which were terrific. She followed up quickly with information regarding showings & provided the names of contractors for work to be done. LaDawn cares about a client---your goals, your concerns, your need for knowledge about this process. Her knowledge is broad and she seems to be learning all the time. LaDawn responds readily to answer your questions. If she does not know the answer...she will find out for you. Being treated as a valued friend/client is almost non-existent these days. Not sure you could find a better agent.
