She made my experience super easy and had suggestions for every repair specialist, etc. I also love that she doesn't just leave you after the deal is settled; for example, the last time the title company failed to submit some papers to the city and I learned *months* after the closure -- it was between the title company and the city so it wasn't LaDawn's fault or trouble, and yet, she helped me figure it, followed up with the company, made sure everything's in order with the city, and basically helped me resolve the issue asap! This was the case with everything else we did together, she basically led me through every step of finding, selling, buying, and invested just so much personal time and effort into making it a good experience for me. Last but not least, she is simply a charming person to work with and just be friends with. Best agent ever!
