Kim Leeper handled the marketing of our home so professionally. She made some suggestions to help market the property, (i.e. minor painting and maintenance items) and in our absence, helped to find a provider, let them in, and carry out the plan. She is the third realtor we hired to sell our property, and she got the job done in a matter of weeks. I wish we had employed her in the first place. She gave us individual attention, and had an open house or two, and did not delegate the duties of the open house, but was there to sell it herself. She truly took an interest and priced it right to sell. Her communication skills are exemplary. I would highly recommend Kim for anyone looking to sell their home.
