This was my third transaction with Kyle, and my first on the selling side. As this was a rental property, Kyle once again made the transaction effortless from our end. He priced it perfectly for the current market, and we managed to have multiple offers by day 2, and had the luxury of sorting through a total of 5 offers by day 4. During the buyer's inspection, it was discovered that the one-year old Samsung dryer would continuously run every time the door was shut. Apparently, our property management company had known of the issue and had been unable to correct it despite a team of handy professionals. Instead of referring us to a service company or even allowing us to offer a credit for repair/replacement, Kyle visits the property, corrects the issue himself, and even records a "how-to" video for both us and the buyer demonstrating how to reach the circuit panel and what steps needed to be taken should the issue recur!
Like I said, this was my third transaction with Kyle, and each time, he manages to exceed already high expectations. His customer service is top notch as he was a former VIP tour guide with Disney in a previous life. He knows the market, he understands the psychology and strategy involved in real estate transactions, and I have always felt he put my needs over his own. He has also been a great resource for information and referrals after the sale as I have contacted him years later for various service recommendations. Needless to say, those companies he recommends also provide the Upwell standard, and I have been thrilled with each.
My only regret is that I cannot use him for transactions in all 50 states, as he is truly one of a kind. With 100% certainty, once Kyle Madorin is your realtor, no other will compare.
