I currently live in New Orleans and was on the lookout for a home in Orlando, close to the theme parks, for my daughter and her roommates. While many realtors might push for a quick sale, Kyle was patient and made sure we found exactly what we wanted. And we did! Next came the purchasing process, and I was thrilled to get the home below asking price, which is always a win! Kyle and his team did an outstanding job making the closing process seamless and easy. He even managed to move the closing date up by a week! (More magic!) This was crucial since I had a very small window to get a few things done before the big move. Now, my daughter and her roommates are happily settled in, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience, especially thanks to Kyle Madorin at Upwell Realty.
