I was fortunate to be referred to Kyle Madorin by a friend as I was purchasing in a market that was relatively new to me. My wife and I could not be happier with this referral. As such, we cancelled the contract, and Kyle found us an even more desirable unit that we then purchased. But Kyle was willing to voluntarily walk away from the guaranteed commission of a ratified contract two weeks from closing to ensure that my wife and I were not only satisfied, but that we had secured the best unit available for the best price possible.
