The concierge level of service he provides in not only assisting with finding the right home, but also all the logistical details he handled in the purchase, the move, and settling in, has just been above and beyond. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!
Amazing! My husband and I were extremely impressed with Kyle. He was referred to us by a close friend and we were not disappointed. We are first time homebuyers and didn’t know what to expect. When we first met Kyle we listed all of our requirements for our new home and specific areas we wanted to live in. Shortly after he gave us a list of available properties and arranged viewings. With each property we had a few questions and he would promptly reach out to the sellers and advise us of the results. Within a few weeks Kyle found us the prefect property. He guided us through the home inspection and mortgage process and was always there to Answer our questions regardless of the time. From start to closing he was exceptional. We would highly recommend. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on all aspects of the process and very nice to deal with. We will definitely use Kyle again in the future and refer him to our friends as well.
As a first time home buyers, the process of searching for a home was daunting. We were expecting a long process with headaches and lots of uncertainty. We met with Kyle and the Madorin Group following a recommendation from a friend and it was easily the best choice we could have made.
