Kyle was amazing to work with throughout the entire process. He is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable about the market, and always made us feel like our best interests came first. He patiently helped us look at around 25 different homes and never once made us feel pressured or rushed into making a decision. When we finally found the right house, he was an excellent negotiator and helped us feel confident about the offer and the terms we agreed to. What really stood out was his communication. Kyle was always keeping us updated, explaining what was happening and what came next, and following up quickly whenever something needed our attention. Buying a home can be stressful, but having someone as patient, responsive, and knowledgeable as Kyle made the entire experience much easier. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.

Kyle is super responsive and proactive. He takes into account what you want and will find you a home that meets those wants. He is great at communicating with others and being able to negotiate a good deal for his buyers. He is fair but firm in his communication and we cant say enough good things about our experience working with him!

I can't speak highly enough about my experience working with Kyle. He loves his job, and that makes what could otherwise be a stressful time truly enjoyable. His passion for community, history, and architectural details made chatting about different properties and what we liked/disliked so fun. I miss those regular chats now that we've closed! He is also a fantastic negotiator. I always felt like I had a strong, thoughtful representative in my corner. He knows his stuff and is an absolute professional every step of the way. What stands out most about Kyle when you first meet him is his professionalism and sincerity! His real estate knowledge, attention to detail, kindness and warmth made this experience second to none.
