Kyle is super responsive and proactive. He takes into account what you want and will find you a home that meets those wants. He is great at communicating with others and being able to negotiate a good deal for his buyers. He is fair but firm in his communication and we cant say enough good things about our experience working with him!

Kyle did an amazing job as my real estate agent. He was extremely thorough, walked me through every step of the process, and was always responsive and punctual. He kept things in perspective and made what can be a stressful experience fun and exciting. His communication and market knowledge was also outstanding. What impressed me most is that Kyle never overpromised—he simply delivered and consistently exceeded the commitments he made. I have worked with three real estate agents in the past, including some with more than 25 years of experience, and Kyle provided the best experience by far. I would recommend him without hesitation to any of my friends or family. If I ever buy or sell another home in the future, Kyle will be my first call.

I can't speak highly enough about my experience working with Kyle. He loves his job, and that makes what could otherwise be a stressful time truly enjoyable. His passion for community, history, and architectural details made chatting about different properties and what we liked/disliked so fun. I miss those regular chats now that we've closed! He is also a fantastic negotiator. I always felt like I had a strong, thoughtful representative in my corner. He knows his stuff and is an absolute professional every step of the way. What stands out most about Kyle when you first meet him is his professionalism and sincerity! His real estate knowledge, attention to detail, kindness and warmth made this experience second to none. Buying your first home is a huge milestone, and having someone trustworthy, communicative, and truly in your corner makes all the difference. We will absolutely be working with him again for our next home.
