We could not have wished for a better advocate for our purchase. We were coming from out of state and he quickly brought us up to speed with the local market and buying process. He is diligent and thorough, was able to point out things we might have missed otherwise. You can tell he has spent many hours learning from his past experiences with home inspections and that was invaluable to us. Although he had other transactions happening we always felt he was available for us. Kyle is a great agent whom I absolutely trust and I would absolutely use his services again both on the buy and sell sides.
