Kyle was amazing! We started working with him in the fall of 2021. Due to circumstances beyond his or my control that property did not work out. However he complied a list of properties with exactly the things we wanted. In one day we saw three properties and bid on one. Using a VA loan process is not easy. Kyle navigated those waters expertly. He kept us informed on any changes, kept the seller at bay and updated, I also got the impression he put in more work than what a “normal” closing entails. Following his advice throughout the process allowed us to get into our dream home!
