I had almost given up on my search for a home in Maine. The market was very competitive in 2022 and I felt discouraged. I ran across Kyle’s information during the Fall of 2022 and decided to give it one more try. Kyle was always very communicative. Whenever I would send him an email about a home, he always appeased me even though if he thought it wouldn't work within our loan parameters. He was always available to look at anything, because he knew we were coming from Biddeford to the Lewiston area and our time and gas were valuable. He even showed us a home far from our target area and far from him, traveling two hours. He was very knowledgeable about the type of loan we had, was on top getting our loan docs for each offer we put in and never tried to talk us into more than we were comfortable with, which made his job that much harder. He knew about things our lender would be looking for during inspection and helped us tailor our offer accordingly. We put in at least 5 offers and his advice on timing and response time was so helpful. He seemed to have good relationships with all the other RE agents in the area which was additionally helpful as he could reach out and get inside info when necessary. We finally got our home after about 8 weeks of looking. And even when there were mistakes made during the inspection, he made sure we weren't out of pocket for any of it. We dealt with a different RE company the summer prior and they were always frustrated when we wanted to look at something they didn't deem worthy of THEIR time. Kyle will make a great agent for you and puts in all the time necessary. I sit in my new home writing this review 4 months after closing and couldn't be happier.
