I reached out with numerous questions at all times of day due to my busy schedule at work, but no matter what he always found me an answer if he didn’t already know it. Kyle was always very communicative. Whenever I would send him an email about a home, he always appeased me even though if he thought it wouldn't work within our loan parameters. He was always available to look at anything, because he knew we were coming from Biddeford to the Lewiston area and our time and gas were valuable. He even showed us a home far from our target area and far from him, traveling two hours. He was very knowledgeable about the type of loan we had, was on top getting our loan docs for each offer we put in and never tried to talk us into more than we were comfortable with, which made his job that much harder. He knew about things our lender would be looking for during inspection and helped us tailor our offer accordingly. We put in at least 5 offers and his advice on timing and response time was so helpful. He seemed to have good relationships with all the other RE agents in the area which was additionally helpful as he could reach out and get inside info when necessary. We finally got our home after about 8 weeks of looking. And even when there were mistakes made during the inspection, he made sure we weren't out of pocket for any of it. We dealt with a different RE company the summer prior and they were always frustrated when we wanted to look at something they didn't deem worthy of THEIR time. Kyle will make a great agent for you and puts in all the time necessary. I sit in my new home writing this review 4 months after closing and couldn't be happier.

Kyle, My experience with Kyle has been nothing but excellent. Experience with past real estate agents has been less than stellar. Kyle changed that. For the first time in working with a real estate agent, I felt like Kyle truly cared and would check in constantly. He always tried to go above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the situation. I had complete confidence in him and trust that he would jump in if needed. Kyle would make himself available all the time. If I texted him at night or needed to speak via phone, he would always get back to me lightning-quick. Without Kyle, I wouldn't have been able to purchase the new home. I credit him for knowing how to engage the selling agent and helping to game plan for approaching the offer. The process for purchasing the home was relatively smooth and the only issues were on the seller's side. While the seller did not act in good faith regarding items they agreed to include with the house, Kyle still made sure to do his best to reconcile the situation. I'm grateful to him for really trying to go above and beyond. I would recommend Kyle to anyone looking to purchase or sell their home. I've already referred him to a family member. Next time I plan to make a purchase or sell, I will definitely use Kyle.
