Not only did Kyle explain the whole process every step of the way but he helped me truly understand everything there is about purchasing my new home. We looked at about 5 different houses and Kyle told me at the 3rd house “this isn’t the one for you, I’m waiting to see your reaction and that’s how I know the house will be right for you” Kyle was unbelievably on top of everything and when we toured my house he knew exactly what to do and I got an offer accepted within 30 Minutes after the showing!!! Absolutely unbelievable. If there is anyone reading this that is on the fence about trusting Kyle with your future of home ownership I promise you he has got you start to finish. Phenomenal job my friend.

Kyle was such an asset to us in achieving our goal, we did a three way same day close with 4 groups of people involved, sounds complicated right? Not for Kyle, he made the entire experience very seamless and easy for us, all we needed to do is show up and sign! In selling our home he spared no expense on his end to get the best quality photos and video to show out homes highlights and when compared to others our listing shined!
