KT was extremely helpful in getting our house sold in Original Carrollwood. She is a "go-getter" and was on top of things. She recommended a few items to be improved, such as repainting the interior and the replacement of the water heater, and she has contacts that were able to get it done in no time (within a couple of days!) for a very reasonable price. She did multiple open houses and was always finding ways to further advertise our property. Our house was sold within a very reasonable timeframe and within the price range we were looking for. We couldn't recommend a better agent and were lucky to have her during this process. We would, without a doubt, use her services again if we were ever moving back to the Tampa Bay area.
