I moved down to Florida for flight training and was hopelessly lost in my search for a home. Then one day as I was flying over Clearwater Beach. I couldn’t believe my eyes as there was a Woman flying an invisible jet. The jet was towing a banner that says KT Sells Tampa Bay. Right then I knew who my agent was going to be. I found a place that I initially liked and I wanted. It was in a multiple offer situation and I wanted to make a higher offer. KT was like “PLEASE, I’ll get you this place for 5 grand under asking price, easy! Everything was going well until the inspection and it turned out the air conditioning was older than the seller had revealed. This was a problem that ended up in a showdown. We ended up meeting the agent and seller outside a saloon at high noon. We let them know that this was unacceptable! The agent looked at us with a scowl and spit! The agent said “well, your under contract so we’re taking your deposit.” KT starred them down, yawned and said “we’re still in the inspection period so you’re not getting a dime of that deposit, how do you like them apples!” With that she snapped her fingers and a pony that was mistakenly thought to be dead appeared galloping full speed towards us! KT hopped on the pony at full speed and rode off! My deposit was returned and KT was able to find me a similar home for $33,000 less. As I was going to the final walk through before close. I was about to be hit by a vehicle and I thought that this was it. Just then an invisible jet crashes into side of the vehicle saving my life. Everyone was ok but KT did injure her foot, but saved my life and for that I am truly grateful. KT sells Tampa Bay, more like KT SAVES Tampa Bay!
