KT far exceeded all my expectations of a realtor! She is the epitome of professionalism, yet very down to earth & approachable. She sold my home for considerably more than my attempts at “By owner.” She is also extremely knowledgeable of the Tampa Bay area & really knows her stuff. Even other Realtors highly regard KT with one saying “What’s not to like about KT?” I say, “Not a thing“ She’s a Gem!

KT went above and beyond and we were so thankful that we chose her to be our realtor! Always had our best interest at heart and followed through with everything so it made our experience a very pleasant one! Communication skills are off the chart - we never felt we did not know what was going on, which is so important. Would recommend her in a heartbeat!!

KT What can I say…. She made all my hopes and dreams happen for me. From selling my condo to locating the perfect next home.. she is the Best in the business. Call her for all your Realty needs. You will not be sorry

Having a very quick turn around time and the housing market being what it is currently. KT was the only real estate agent that was willing to get to the houses in a very timely manor so I could see what they looked like and put a bid on the ones I liked. In the end she found me a great home that met almost all of my needs. I highly recommend KT if you are buying or selling a home.

Very knowledgeable in helping to get a deal done.

Stellar Service and a Go-Getter I was skeptical at first, but Kt came through with flying colors. She was very knowledgeable, always had a positive attitude and told it straight. This was my first time buying and she made it very easy to navigate. I would definitely recommend. 👍👍

KT went above and beyond selling my home. It was a wise decision to choose her to sell my house!

KT is very knowledgeable when it comes the real estate world. Buying my first home, she walked me carefully through each step of the process. She got me a great deal on my house (below asking) and worked diligently with the sellers to makes sure all repairs were completed. I am so grateful for her hard work and expertise that lead me through this process.

Kaia Tershowski simply the best!

Is a competitive market is a crazy market. Kt had a lot of patience with us. We moved in Nov. 2020 after looking for over a year. A dream come true. She is knowledgeable and tenacious. And fair and decent. We loved working with her!

Kt is professional, knowledgeable and prompt. She is a very experienced realtor with incredible knowledge regarding the market, contracts and the art of negotiation. I will use her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking to be involved in a real estate transaction.
