We love Krystyn!!! My fiancé and I are now first time home owners and purchased a home with the help of Krystyn over this summer. We could not have done it without her expertise. She is super knowledgeable about so many things to look out for in terms of a home, including things I never would have known to look for. I kid you not, when we pulled up to one showing she was on her hands and knees looking behind a shrub to get a better look at something she noticed. No detail, small or large, will go unnoticed by Krystyn. Home buying can be a scary task on the outside but Krystyn will make all the scaries go away. She was always quick to respond to our many questions and concerns. She also always provided the right amount of guidance during some of the tougher decisions while ultimately always ensuring that each choice was our own. We highly recommend considering working with her if you're buying a home!

Krystyn Elek was an excellent buyers' agent and I cannot recommend her enough. Our search was long thanks to the challenging real estate market in greater Boston, but Krystyn gave us excellent advice that ended up with us finding and getting a fantastic home. I was buying with a group of three other people, but that didn't faze Krystyn. She listened to all of us and was extremely responsive throughout the process. Our lender, our lawyer, everyone we dealt with in the process loved working with Krystyn - Even the sellers' agent complimented how competent and easy to work with Krystyn was!

My siblings and I recently sold our parents’ home. Krysten's name was recommended to us by a trusted source, as a real estate agent and we are beyond thrilled that we hired her to sell the house. She was amazing at what she did and always went above and beyond to make sure everything was done to perfection. She was extremely accommodating with all of our schedules since there were four people that she had to work with. While preparing the house for listing, Krystyn and I were in constant contact at least several times a week. I received an immediate and prompt response to each and every correspondence, whether it be via text, email or phone call. She provided me with the names of contractors for painting, trash removal, flooring, etc and the name of a real estate attorney, who also was excellent. We used everyone that she suggested and they were amazing. After all of the bids on the house had been submitted, she put together the information on a spreadsheet for us to review and she highlighted those that she felt were the strongest contenders. Since my siblings and I live in different parts of the country, we met with her on a Zoom call, to discuss the offers and she offered her advice on which bid she felt might be the best choice, in her professional opinion. I would have given Krystyn more than a 5 star rating if I could! If she is available to sell your home then sign her up immediately. You will not be disappointed. She gets the job done!

Krystyn represented us as the seller's realtor and did a fantastic job. It was a pleasure working with her. After showing her the house she made recommendations that made the house more appealing to prospective buyers. And she had all the necessary contacts to make the recommendations happen which saved us from looking for contractors who were reliable. She even did some work herself on the house. And it showed. The house looked beautiful! It sold in a week. She was very knowledgeable in each step of the process of selling. I would definitely use her again as my realtor.
