From first-time buyers and sellers, new construction or a family who is relocating in or out of the Lexington area, my philosophy is clear – I want to provide services that will make each and every experience as hassle-free and pleasant as possible. After all, each move is a time of great potential for a buyer or seller to start over in an exciting new way. My career in real estate began in 2005, after working 11 years for a real estate attorney. My knowledge of real estate from the inside out, combined with my organizational skills, gives my clients the distinct advantage of knowing that nothing will be overlooked. I hold ABR, SFR, PSA & PSC designations, and I am a lifetime member of the Top Producers Club. Smooth first time buying AND selling experience

I am in my early twenties and had little to no knowledge on the housing market in Kentucky as I was an out of state student attending UK. I had a million and one questions about finding and buying my first house. Kristol was always there to give me a response. If she did not know the answer she always looked into it and got back to me right away. I valued and trusted her opinions, comments and concerns about any place we went to tour. I can’t speak highly enough of Kristol as my real estate agent. I very much appreciated and respected her knowledge and professionalism with me. She also helped me sell my house I ended up buying with just as much ease. I highly recommend Kristol.

Great experience working with Kristol!

We recently bought a house in Lexington, KY, though we currently live and work out-of-state. We own a health-related business and have environmental concerns that are atypical. Eco-realty is the norm where we currently live, and we didn't think we'd find support for that in Kentucky. We were wrong. Kristol went above and beyond to help us find a property that would meet our needs. It was a long process, she stuck with us, and we're beyond grateful. We cannot recommend her highly enough.
