My husband and I were looking for our first horse property and decided that Santa Ynez was the place for us to relocate to. When I was in the area I called a few agents but always went to voicemail and didn't get a response back for well over a day. I found Kristina's name and called her and she answered the phone to my unknown number and helped me get started on our search in just a few minutes. Kristina is a very skilled agent and we did find our dream property with her but I want to share a vignette that really illustrates the kind of person she is. We arrived to our new property on January 1st with 5 horses in tow. The hay delivery that was supposed to happen didn't and I was left on a holiday with 5 hungry horses and nothing to feed them. Kristina has an excellent understanding of the real estate market in SYV. She knows the pros and cons of each area and has great relationships with her colleagues in the area. She was able to refer us to mortgage brokers that were able to find products for us that were suitable to our needs as well as to inspectors and other professionals that we needed throughout the process. Kristina was persistent, always let us be in control of the process and respected our decisions along the way. She truly feels that it is her job to do everything that her clients need in order for them to make the best decisions for their home purchase and she worked very hard to secure us the property we wanted.
