This is the fifth time we've purchased a home. We met Kristina Novak when she was representing a property of interest to us in the Santa Ynez valley. It was immediately obvious how expert and knowledgeable Kristina was about property in The Valley as well as local building laws. We worked with Kristina looking for a property with a home for my wife and I as well as space to build a second family home for one daughter's family and a large ADU for the other. Our appreciation rapidly grew for Kristina's ability to communicate clearly and often, her consistent efforts to solve each of our problems (sometimes before my wife or I understood the problem existed) and to always be there when we needed her. Our search took almost a full year from beginning to finding and closing on the property we now own. We made an offer on a property and had it accepted. As we learned more during the escrow, we then withdrew it. Our search continued but without any pushing from Kristina.
