This is the fifth time we've purchased a home. We met Kristina Novak when she was representing a property of interest to us in the Santa Ynez valley. It was immediately obvious how expert and knowledgeable Kristina was about property in The Valley as well as local building laws. We worked with Kristina looking for a property with a home for my wife and I as well as space to build a second family home for one daughter's family and a large ADU for the other.
