Kristina was professional, responsive, and extremely easy to work with. We listed and sold our home in 1 day (for OVER asking price). Not a sure thing in our current housing market. This was in large part to her marketing strategy. She put the effort and expense into the front end that made it an irresistible property. We can't say enough about how great Kristina is, and you would be wise to have her represent you for any sale or purchase you might be considering. We will definitely use her again down the road.

Where do I begin with Kristina? We were in Florida and looking for a realtor to help us find a home in the S. Charlotte area. Her experience showed right away as she engaged us on what we were looking for and the priorities that we wanted in our new home. She set up a home viewing portal that matched our criteria right away so we could get an idea of the market and areas. This helped a ton to actually narrow down and open up some different areas that we weren't as familiar with. She was willing to make herself available to go look at a number of homes and walk us through with video/pics/facetime to really give us a feel of the properties. She even helped negotiate some last minute issues with our lender to make sure we could secure our new home. Christina went above and beyond in helping our family with a move from across the country. At first, the plan was to find a rental for a little while before purchasing a home. Kristina toured several homes for us while on a video call, so we could get a true feel for the place even though we were remote. We ended up deciding to buy instead of rent, and she did the same. Once we were in escrow, Kristina handled all the inspections by various experts and even helped us to coordinate getting new carpet installed prior to our arrival date. We're planning to go with Kristina again when we buy our next house.
